PUERTO RICO PYROGRAPHY COLLECTION

“Puerto Rico Collection” is an exploration of Puerto Rican and Vieques culture, identity, and ancestral symbolism through the slow, tactile process of pyrography. Each piece reflects the spiritual weight of migration, memory, and belonging — captured permanently in wood. This series is both personal and collective: a way to preserve what feels intangible, and make visible the parts of us often overlooked. It marks the beginning of a new journey as a working artist, blending tradition with contemporary expression.
